Consultation Fees

Consultation TypeLegal Fees (£)
Initial free conversation (up to 15 minutes)Free of charge
Consultation (up to 60 minutes)£250

The Firm offers an initial free conversation of up to 15 minutes to prospective clients. This is intended to provide a brief overview of the client’s issue, confirm whether the Firm can assist, our fees and explain the next steps. No detailed legal advice is provided during this initial conversation.

All consultations are meetings designed to obtain a full understanding of the client’s circumstances and provide tailored legal advice.

During the consultation, the Firm’s adviser will:

– Obtain detailed instructions and review the client’s circumstances.

– Consider relevant immigration legislation, Home Office policies, and applicable case law.

– Advise on available immigration options and likely prospects of success.

– Provide a clear cost–benefit analysis.

– Explain the Firm’s professional duties and the scope of any proposed work.

The client will have sufficient opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification before the consultation concludes.

Consultation Fee Credit:

Where a client instructs the Firm to proceed with the immigration application discussed during a paid consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward the fixed fee for that application.

Application fees:

NFTech Legal offers fixed-fee services for immigration matters. Fees are determined by the nature, complexity and scope of each case. Straightforward matters will generally fall towards the lower end of the applicable fee range, while more complex matters requiring additional legal work may be charged towards the higher end.

As every case is unique, we encourage you to email info@nftechlegal.com with a brief description of your matter. We will provide the relevant fee information, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you have all the information you need before deciding whether to instruct the Firm.
