Negin Eskandary is a Director, qualified Solicitor, and Founder of NFTech Legal, with over a decade of experience in UK immigration law. She is jointly responsible for the firm’s governance, strategic direction, and operational management to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality, compliant legal services. Negin provides immigration advice alongside her leadership responsibilities, with a strong focus on business and corporate immigration matters. Her work includes advising employers, sponsors, and professionals on sponsor licence applications, skilled worker routes, compliance and audit requirements, and long-term workforce planning. She also has extensive experience advising individuals across a range of personal immigration matters. Her career spans senior advisory roles within well-established immigration practices in the UK, where she developed a reputation for delivering clear, commercially informed, and practical legal advice. In her capacity as Director and Legal Adviser, Negin combines technical legal expertise with a commercially informed client-focused approach. She provides immigration advice within the scope of her Immigration Advice Authority Level 1 accreditation and plays a central role in shaping the firm’s service quality, compliance culture, and client-care standards, ensuring that all regulated activities are carried out in strict accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
Farhan Waleed | Founder | Director | Legal Adviser
Farhan Waleed is a Director, Legal Adviser, and Founder of NFTech Legal, with responsibility for the firm’s internal governance, operational management, and strategic oversight. He leads the development and implementation of the firm’s internal systems, compliance infrastructure, and client service standards, ensuring that all matters are managed efficiently, consistently, and in full alignment with regulatory requirements. Farhan provides immigration advice and continues to support clients directly alongside his leadership responsibilities. His role combines operational leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, process optimisation, and business development, supporting the firm’s delivery of reliable, well-governed, and compliant immigration services. He brings extensive experience from previous senior-level roles within well-established immigration practices in the UK, advising both corporate and private clients across a wide spectrum of UK immigration matters. His experience includes skilled worker visa applications, sponsor licence applications, global talent, indefinite leave to remain (ILR), nationality, visitor visas, family-based applications, human rights claims, and appeals before the First-tier Tribunal. Farhan holds Law Society accreditation at Senior Level and IAA Level 1 accreditation, reflecting his expertise and professional standing within the immigration sector.
