Negin Eskandary is a Director, qualified Solicitor, and co-founder of NFTech Legal, with over a decade of experience in UK immigration law. She is jointly responsible for the firm’s internal governance, strategic direction, and operational management, while also leading on the provision of regulated immigration advice to business and individual clients, with a primary focus on business and corporate immigration matters. Her career spans senior advisory roles within well-established immigration practices in the UK, where she advised employers, sponsors, and professionals on a broad range of UK immigration issues. Her experience includes sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker routes, compliance and audit matters, and long-term workforce planning. Alongside her corporate practice, she has extensive experience advising individuals on personal immigration matters, delivering clear and practical guidance across complex applications. In her capacity as Director, Negin combines deep technical legal expertise with a commercially informed and client-focused approach. She provides immigration advice and assistance in strict accordance with applicable professional and regulatory standards and plays a central role in shaping the firm’s service quality, compliance culture, and client-care standards, ensuring that all regulated activities are carried out in strict accordance with professional and regulatory requirements. Farhan Waleed is a Director and co-founder of NFTech Legal, responsible for internal governance, operational management, and strategic oversight. He leads the development and implementation of the firm’s internal systems, compliance infrastructure, and client service standards, ensuring matters are managed efficiently, consistently, and in full alignment with regulatory requirements. Farhan brings extensive experience from his previous senior level roles within well-established immigration practices in the UK, where he advised both corporate and private clients on a broad range of all UK immigration matters. He holds Law Society accreditation at Senior Level, reflecting his expertise and professional standing within the immigration sector. In his capacity as Director, Farhan does not provide regulated immigration advice.
