Negin Eskandary
Director | Legal Adviser | Co-Founder
Negin Eskandary is a Director, qualified Solicitor, and Co-founder of NFTech Legal, with over a decade of experience in UK immigration law. She is jointly responsible for the firm’s governance, strategic direction, and operational management, while also exclusively leading on the provision of regulated immigration advice with a primary focus on business and corporate immigration matters. Negin’s career spans senior advisory roles within well-established immigration practices in the UK, where she advised employers, sponsors, and professionals on a broad range of UK immigration issues. Her experience includes sponsor licence applications, skilled worker routes, compliance and audit matters, and long-term workforce planning. Alongside her corporate practice, she has extensive experience advising individuals on personal immigration matters. In her capacity as Director and sole legal adviser at the firm, Negin combines technical legal expertise with a commercially informed and client-focused approach. She provides immigration advice strictly within the scope of her Level 1 IAA accreditation and plays a central role in shaping the firm’s service quality, compliance culture, and client-care standards, ensuring that all regulated activities are carried out in strict accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
Farhan Waleed
Director | Co-Founder
Farhan Waleed is a Director and Co-founder of NFTech Legal, with responsibility of the firm's internal governance, operational management, and strategic oversight. He leads the development and implementation of the firm’s internal systems, compliance infrastructure, and client service standards, ensuring that all matters are managed efficiently, consistently, and in full alignment with regulatory requirements. Farhan brings extensive experience from his previous senior level roles within well-established immigration practices in the UK, where he advised both corporate and private clients across a wide spectrum of UK immigration matters. His experience includes skilled worker visa applications, sponsor license applications, global talent, ILR, nationality, visitor visas, family-based applications, human rights applications, and appeals before the First-tier Tribunal. He holds Law Society accreditation at Senior Level, reflecting his expertise and professional standing within the immigration sector. In his capacity as Director, Farhan currently does not provide regulated immigration advice. His role is focused on operational leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, process optimisation, and business development, supporting the firm’s delivery of reliable, well-governed, and compliant immigration services.
